Your rental contract
In the confirmation email you will receive, a rental contract will be attached.
Please complete and sign the form and return it to us with your deposit.
That’s the way to book your vacation!
Payment of deposit :
Pay by cheque or bank transfer
In the rental contract, you will find our address and our bank details so that you can send us your deposit within 10 days, either by post or by bank transfer.
You have already paid by credit card or Paypal
As soon as we have accepted your booking (within 24 hours), the deposit will be debited from your account.
10 days before
Payment of the balance
A reminder message will be sent to you for payment of the balance.
As soon as we receive it, we will organise your reception on site.
Pay by cheque or bank transfer
Use the bank details on your rental contract to send us the outstanding balance within 10 days.
You pay by Paypal/CB
A “Paypal/CB” link will be sent to you by email with the balance to be paid.
D-Day
Your arrival with us
During the inventory of fixtures that we’ll do together, we’ll give you a presentation of the property.
A set of keys will be provided, along with any other items you may need.
A deposit will be required. It will be returned to you after you have checked out.
