Near Tours, La Chauvellière, a vast gîte steeped in history, with a country-style feel, surrounded by trees and animals. The “Chauvellière” gîte is set in a wooded property (once part of Beaumont’s “château”) close to the forest, 1 km from Beaumont and its shops.
The gîte is an atypical, totally independent, T6-type dwelling of around 150m2, where you’ll find comfort, tranquility and proximity to shops (bakery, super U, restaurants, etc.). You’ll enjoy a romantic, quiet and comfortable vacation in a vast wooded area, and in winter you won’t be able to resist a moment of relaxation by the fire. It’s also a real paradise for your dog and cat.
The accommodation has 3 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 separate WCs and can sleep up to 8 people + 1 child. It gives access to a very large, fully fenced wooded plot, with access road shared with the owner.
Next to the gîte, you can enjoy sunbathing, barbecues, family meals in the open air and you won’t be able to resist a game of pétanque (there is a pétanque court and a few boules are available).
La Chauvellière is equipped with Wifi internet and Netflix on 2 TVs. Near Golf 18.
On request: breakfast can be provided for a minimum of 3 people (coffee, milk, chocolate, tea, bread, butter, jam, croissant) for €10 per person/day.
Possibility of evening stay including: household linen (beds made on arrival), breakfast and end-of-stay cleaning. Quotation on request.

Rules and conditions
Pricing details :
- Electricity consumption at cost price
- Tourist taxes are not included in our rates.
- Supplement for gas heating in winter; 10€/night from 15/10 to 15/04
- Household linen (optional) is not included (€8/person) (except for overnight stays on request).
- End-of-stay cleaning is optional (€45/night for 1 or 2 nights, €90 for more).
- A deposit of €500 or your local currency will be required on arrival.
- Payment can be made by Chèque Vacances
- Payment can be made by PayPal
- Monthly rental in low season (between 1/11 and 31/3): €950 for 4 weeks (+ electricity)
Confirmation of your reservation :
As soon as we receive your request, we'll send you a quote and a rental contract, and put an option on your dates. You will then have a maximum of 8 days to confirm your booking by returning the signed contract and the deposit (30%), either by e-mail and bank transfer or PayPal or by post.
Payment of the balance of your reservation :
The balance of your booking must be received no later than 30 days before your arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
The security deposit must be paid on arrival in cash or by cheque, and will be returned to you within two weeks of the departure inventory.
Cancellation policy :
- Cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the holiday: the deposit paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of your stay: 100% of the amount paid will be forfeited.

Entry to the premises is usually after 3pm and exit before 10am. Depending on the booking and cleaning schedule, check-in and check-out times may be adapted.
For everyone's comfort, our guests are welcome to smoke outside, and pets are welcome by prior arrangement (please contact us).
For reasons of comfort and insurance, we cannot accept more than 8 people during your stay.

I (or my representative) host the event myself. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have before your stay. Approximately 8 days before the date of your arrival, we will contact you to organize your reception on the day of your arrival.
