Very close to Royan, La Palombière, a vast, unusual chalet surrounded by oak trees, 150 meters from the beach. The “La Palombière” chalet is an atypical T5 apartment of around 90m2 (excluding terrace), totally independent, offering comfort, tranquillity and proximity to the beach and shops (bakery, super U, restaurants, etc.). No need for a car, just walk or cycle to enjoy a romantic, peaceful and comfortable vacation in a vast wooded area. It’s also a real paradise for your dog and cat.
The ground-floor accommodation offers 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs and can accommodate up to 8 people. It gives access to a vast wooded plot of 1800m2 fully fenced; shared access road with the owner.
Adjoining the chalet is a large private terrace of 40m2. this fully-equipped terrace, an extension of the dining room, is perfect for sunbathing, barbecuing (plancha) and family meals in the open air, and you won’t be able to resist a game of pétanque around the chalet on a vast, flat, slightly sandy pitch (a few boules are available).

The Chalet is insulated and has been fitted out to meet every need. It has electric heating (latest-generation cast-iron radiators), but in winter you won't be able to resist the pleasure of a good wood fire (wood supplied).

7 kg washing machine, 7 kg tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, fan, iron and ironing board, 123 cm flat-screen TV (Netflix) and DVD player, telephone and free Wi-Fi Internet access.
Kitchen
Dishwasher, American fridge, large oven, microwave, 4 ceramic hobs, numerous accessories, food processor, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
Outdoor
Barbecue (plancha), large garden furniture and parasol, three sun loungers, picnic table, 4 bicycles available, beach games, petanque available

Rules and conditions
Pricing details :
- Additional electricity consumption at cost price (meter reading on arrival and departure)
- Tourist taxes are not included in our rates.
- Linen is not provided
- End-of-stay cleaning is optional (€80/stay).
- A deposit of €800 or your local currency will be required on arrival.
- Payment can be made by Chèque Vacances
- Payment can be made by PayPal
- Monthly rental in low season (between 1/10 and 31/3):850€ for 4 weeks (excluding electricity consumption)
Confirmation of your reservation :
As soon as we receive your request, we'll send you a quote and a rental contract, and put an option on your dates. You will then have 8 days to confirm your booking by returning the signed contract and the deposit (30%), either by e-mail and bank transfer or PayPal or by post.
Payment of the balance of your reservation :
The balance of your booking must be received no later than 30 days before your arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
The security deposit must be paid on arrival in cash or by cheque, and will be returned to you within two weeks of the departure inventory.
Cancellation policy :
- Cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the holiday: the deposit paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of your stay: 100% of the amount paid will be forfeited.

Our availability to receive you
Entry to the premises is usually after 4pm and exit before 10am. Depending on the booking and cleaning schedule, check-in and check-out times may be adapted.
For the comfort of all, our guests are invited to smoke outside, and pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Contact us
For reasons of comfort and insurance, we cannot accept more than 8 people during your stay.
Your welcome on site
I (or my representative) host the event myself. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have before your stay. Approximately 8 days before the date of your arrival, we will contact you to organize your reception on the day of your arrival.
